More than a dozen venues have already committed to being part of the 2019 Guilford Performing Arts Festival, including churches, schools, the community center, dance studios, the bookstore, coffee shops, markets and restaurants. We’ll also have a main stage on the Guilford Green and place buskers at many locations throughout town.
These venues, so far, have committed to the 2019 festival:
- Arthur Murray Dance Studio
- Ballou’s Wine Bar
- Breakwater Books
- Bittersweet Farm Barn
- Chapter One Restaurant
- Christ Episcopal Church on the Guilford Green
- First Church of Christ, Scientist
- First Congregational Church
- Guilford Free Library
- Guilford High School
- Nathanael B. Greene Community Center
- Shoreline Ballet
- The Marketplace at Guilford Food Center
If you’re a Guilford business or organization and are interested in hosting a performance, email Peter Hawes, festival vice chairman and head of programming. We’d love to put performing art in your space and bring customers to your door.
Check back here this summer, when we’ll have a detailed map of Guilford and the festival’s performing and teaching venues.
