So many thanks to Shoreline Ballet and its director, Katie Contessa, for sponsoring the 2019 festival at the Major level! This outstanding dance studio in Guilford is helping support the cost of an innovative dance performance, teaching and public-service program, details of which we hope to announce soon. One hint: it will involve a world-famous contemporary dance company.
Katie has been a member of our programming committee for more than a year and has helped guide and curate the festival’s overall approach to dance. Her expertise, insight and instincts have been invaluable.
