The festival has received a $7,400 grant under a state program called the CT Cultural Fund Operating Support Grants. The grant is the result of a collaboration between CT Humanities and the Connecticut Office of the Arts to help arts and cultural organizations maintain and grow their operations. Funding was allocated by the state legislature and provided by the Office of the Arts; CT Humanities administered the program, in which $16 million in general operating support was granted to 624 Connecticut arts and cultural organizations.

GPAF will use the money to seek paid leadership and support staff to plan for the next festival and to continue using the arts to address issues affecting Guilford, the region, the state and beyond.
