Wild Maple’s lively sound is woven from a rich variety of musical influences, including Americana/Roots, singer-songwriter, blues, folk, rock and classical. Their repertoire is a blend of originals, traditional/folk songs and covers of obscure singer-songwriter material performed on acoustic string instruments accompanied by gorgeous vocal harmonies. This trio from north of Boston has a growing fan base throughout New England and has been performing for 10 years in coffeehouses, music festivals, street fairs and restaurants.
Here’s their quartet performing Chris Biester’s Blackbird Song at Boston’s Club Passim in January.
